 AbOUT ALI  

Born and raised in Southern California, This National Award Winning choreographer and director studied under Michael Panieff, Carol Conners, and Ben Lokey.  Her career took her to Reno and Lake Tahoe where her talents exploded onto the stage.  She was immediately hired by Tahoe Musical Productions, and consecutively directed and choreographed Guys and Dolls, Music Man, and The Sound of Music.

 

Her career took her back to Southern California where she expanded her career to include teaching as well. Her talents have graced many a production, including  Annie Get Your Gun, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat, Peter Pan, Oliver, Grease, Beauty and the Beast, High School Musical, and Luann;  Scenes In a Teen’s Life. 

 

She has worked with many professional production companies, including Encore Productions, Pacco Arts, Temecula Valley Players, Ion Theatre, and The Broadway. 

 

Ali recently moved to Pagosa Springs, Colorado, and is currently directing and choreographing for venues in her area.

Recipient of the 2010 NYT award for OUTSTANDING CHOREOGRAPHY for Fallbrook Player's production of FAME.
